Harborne Carnival - stall information

There are two types of groups allowed to have stalls at the Harborne Carnival:

1. Charities and Community Groups Registered charities and not for profit community/voluntary groups can have stalls at the Carnival. This includes schools, churches as well as public bodies e.g West Midlands Police, Local Authorities etc Price - £30
2. Arts and Crafts, these must be arts and craft stalls and qualify under the Harborne Carnival ‘Market Traders’ conditions. Price - Stalls from £50 dependent on size

Harborne Carnival - catering information

The Harborne Carnival has opportunities for a wide variety of catering outlets but all potential providers MUST be registered with Birmingham City Council as an approved provider and meet a stringent set of health and safety rules (available on request). The Harborne Carnival Catering Supervisor checks all submitted returns and certificates as well as inspects caterers on the day. Caterers are also subject to random visits by Birmingham City Council Environmental Health Officer’s on the day.
